Formats we offer. Every engagement is scoped and quoted after a conversation, so you get pricing built around your context rather than a menu.
These formats apply to healthcare teams, first responder agencies, schools, leaders, and organizations. Pre-program assessment, leadership consultation, follow-up sessions, and materials can be included in a proposal.
For work outside the local area, reasonable travel and lodging expenses are added to the proposal rather than folded into the base rate. A deposit may be required to reserve the date, as specified in the final proposal and agreement. Balance due as specified in the agreement.
For events
Keynotes, panels, and facilitated conversations. Based in Utah and available for engagements nationally and internationally.
Every engagement is quoted individually based on scope, audience, customization, preparation, and travel. Community and nonprofit engagements may be considered individually based on available resources.
Individual, integration, and leadership sessions are paid securely at purchase, and you choose your time immediately afterward. Packages are paid once and cover every session in them. Workshops, speaking, and organizational partnerships are scoped in a conversation and quoted individually, so you have clear pricing in writing before any work begins. Because our services are educational and non-clinical, they are not billed through insurance.
